The time that you enter into your quote/booking is the time that we GUARANTEE that your bounce house will be up and running.  We start our delivery runs at 8:00 am. We will deliver your bounce house no later than one hour before your event.

Example: If your party starts at 1:00 pm, your bounce house will be delivered between 8:00am and 11:00 am.

If your party is expected to go on beyond 6:00 pm, you will need to book the rental equipment overnight.  Our latest pickup time is 6:00 pm due to early darkness in the Spring and Fall.

The inflatable will be picked up sometime between 8:00 am and 11:00 am the next morning. If using a wet rental, the water needs to be turned off before deflating the inflatable for the night. The blower needs to be placed in a dry space overnight. Prior to pick-up, re-inflate the bounce house so that the crew can clean it prior to rolling it up.

All Weekend rentals will be delivered on Friday before 6:00 pm (typically between 12:00 pm-3:00 pm, depending on where you’re located) and picked up the following Monday between 8:00 am-11:00 am

If your event is in a public area, such as a park or church, overnight rentals are not available and the inflatable will be picked up at the conclusion of your event. This cannot be later than 6:00 pm, for later events please call us for accommodations.

216 Bounce House Rentals LLC is committed to ensuring the safety of everyone who uses our rentals. Therefore, based on manufacturers’ requirements, the following is our established weather policy

  1. Wind Speeds: Wind speeds must be below 15mph to safely operate any bounce house rental.  If the wind is above 15mph or projected to be above 15mph, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the rental of inflatables until wind speeds decrease below 15 miles per hour.
  2. Rain: In the event of rain, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the rental of inflatables. During light rain, we will still normally set up as long as your party is still going forward, so are we! If it starts raining more than a light rain after we have set up your inflatable, everyone should get out of the inflatable, it should be deflated, and the blower should be placed in an area where it won’t get wet.  Once the weather has cleared, you may put the blower back in place and reinflate the inflatable.
  3. Lightning and Thunderstorms: In the event of lightning and thunderstorms, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the rental of inflatables. If thunderstorms or lightning begin after delivery, everyone must get out of the inflatable, and the inflatable should be deflated, with the blower being placed somewhere where it will stay dry. After the weather has cleared up, you may reinflate the inflatable.

If weather conditions are uncertain leading up to your rental date, we recommend monitoring local weather reports and contacting us with any concerns. Our primary goal is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our customers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our weather policy. If cancellation is inevitable, we can reschedule your booking to a new day. The same unit is not guaranteed to be available on the new date. If a reschedule does not work for you, we will refund your deposit for cases of inclement weather.

No refunds will be given if equipment is delivered and the weather prevents use of the equipment. We do our best to only deliver on days that the weather will not prevent use, but the weather is sometimes unpredictable, especially in Ohio.

Yes, we require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit for any rental.  This deposit is paid at the time of booking and guarantees your rental with us.

The ONLY exception to this non-refundable deposit is if the event is canceled due to inclement weather

Yes! All of our units are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, sanitized, well-maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Additionally, each unit will be sanitized at the time of delivery and set-up.

Make sure the area in which the bounce is will be set up is clean and easy to access.  Mark out all underground wires, pipes, gas lines, and any other line, wire, or pipe that runs underground that could be damaged by the bounce house stakes.  Our stakes our 18inchs long and 1 inch thick to comply with ODA safety requirements.

Locate the outlet that will be used for power. We provide one 50ft extension cord. If the power outlet is farther than 50ft, you will have to provide another extension cord 12 Gadge or lower.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors, with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are set up on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are set up on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. At checkout, there will be a prompt asking what type of ground the bounce house will be set up on.  Select what type of ground you want the bounce house set up on, and our drivers will bring the appropriate anchoring equipment.

Yes! We will require a park fee of $100.00. We also require generators for all park events that do not have power.  Our inflatable blowers are very strong and need proper power to operate at full capacity. Please contact the local city hall to see what is required to obtain the permit. If the city requests to be added to our insurance for the day of the event, there will be an additional $75.00 charge.

If this is your first time renting, here are some tips to make the process go more quickly and smoothly.

  1. We supply one 50ft 12-gauge extension cord. If the inflatable will be set up more than 50ft away from a circuit, you will have to provide another 12-gauge or less extension cord.
  2. Please do not allow more than 6 people in a standard bounce house at a time. The inflatable may become “soft” and not have enough air in it due to the weight capacity being exceeded.
  3. Do not allow food or drinks in the inflatables.
  4. NEVER use any kind of soap, baby oil, or lube on the slides. Your safety is our number one priority.
  5. DO NOT use silly string. If you use silly string on the inflatables, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee that is outlined in your event contract
